A native of Georgia, Linda Woods earned a BBA in Finance at Georgia State University where she also studied law. Prior to her real estate career, Linda had a legal and corporate career in Atlanta, including a stint at BellSouth Corporation’s International headquarters where she worked with South American and other international lawyers and clients. Bringing these corporate and legal skills to her real estate career has the advantage of providing clients with extensive experience in contract negotiations and complex closings.
In 2002, Linda joined Wilmington’s premier real estate company, Intracoastal Realty Corporation, and became a "multi-million dollar" producer. In 2008, she joined The Michelle Clark Team, an award winning team at the Wrightsville Beach office. Linda counsels clients on making the best property choices for building equity and resale values. Clients give her high praise for competence, patience, integrity, hard work and attention to details. Linda constantly updates her knowledge of the profession and the latest in technical tools. She also has an eye for quality and design which comes in handy for “staging” homes for best exposure.

Nicole (Nikki) Hawthorne’s appreciation for living around the gorgeous Wilmington area beaches radiates through her business and personal relationships. She and her family moved here in 2004 when she co-founded a successful recruiting business and has never looked back. In 2012, after 17 years as a real estate broker for in Manhattan, Wendy along with her husband, John and two daughters, Avery and Cuyler, decided to make life at the beach permanent. The McElhinneys live in Landfall and are members of The Country Club of Landfall and St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Wendy recently joined the Michelle Clark Team and looks forward to calling Wilmington home…and saying goodbye to winters!
As a Managing Director at Cassidy Turley, Wendy was part of a top producing team responsible for over 2 million square feet with clients in every top tier city east of the Mississippi. Her strong organizational skills and client relationship experience have produced valuable business associations and, more importantly, lifelong friends.
